    Hi all. My husband and I will be visit Spain in December. We’ll be flying into Madrid and out of Barcelona (11 days in total). Initially, we thought we would make our way to Barcelona by train, by way of Valencia. Now we’re considering heading south to Seville and flying up to Barcelona. Any thoughts about the two options: Valencia or Seville? Training or Plane?

    Also, do any of you live in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, or Seville?

    I should have mentioned that Spain is on our list of places to explore for “pre-retirement,” that is, where we might live for part of the year while we are able to travel/move easily.
