Malaga vs Valencia?

    Malaga vs Valencia?

    My husband and I are looking at various cities in Spain to retire to.

    We both do not speak Spanish, although we are taking online courses to help.

    Do you think from a communications point of view, would Malaga or Valencia be better for an English speaking, or are they basically the same.

    My fear is needing a hospital and not being able to communicate in an emergency.

    Your thoughts?
