    <div>I am beginning my process of find my future home. My job has gone permanent work from home, so I am looking to relocate. I will be moving from Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

    I am limiting my future home cities to ones with a population of 500k or more, warmer climate, safe (crime rate), and a large LGBT community.

    I am looking for a property with at least 2 bedrooms (prefer 3), 2+ baths, 1750 sq ft (prefer 2000), pool, HOA less than $400/mo, and single level (thinking I will not want stairs in 15 years). Price range under $375k. Not interested in a square box, I like character in a home.

    Looking to move spring 2022, not in a hurry, my current home will sell as soon as listed. I have friends pushing Sun City and Sun City West. Not really looking for a retirement village as I am not retiring for 10 years. I am still actively dating, enjoy going out. I like the idea of jumping on the interstate and being able to easily drive to LA, Las Vega, and Mexico for beaches.

    Thoughts on what I might have missed? I am looking for the ideal home, so should it come up prior to my time table, I can update my timetable.
